WebOh btw - have you tried paintstorm studio? they just released a new version, and it's only $20 for a lifetime license (there's a free demo.) it has zero brush lag and brushes similar to a corel painter/sai mash-up. I still do most of my painting in CSP because I prefer all the little tools and shortcuts it has, but PSS is my close 2nd favorite.
