It shouldn't be measured to see peak (or idle, for that matter) frequencies. This is half of what WHiFO64 is saying. The memory should be 3200. That is what was advertised and that is what I paid for and that is what I expect. WebHWinfo is reporting my max frequency as 4.517Ghz and Ryzen master says it was 4.445. I'm guessing someone on the AMD software side is doing an averaging over X period of time even on the peak value and HWinfo is showing the actual peak value which was reached for like a split second most likely.
